Terms of Service
Last updated: 24/09/2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between you (the “Client”, “you”) and LLC “Easyweb360” (identification No. 412767180, registered address: 1 Mtsvane St., Tbilisi, Georgia), operating under the trade name RE:HOST (“RE:HOST”, the “Company”, “we”), regarding the use of the RE:HOST website, client dashboard, and hosting, VPS, Virtual Desktop, domain, WordPress care and maintenance (WP Care) and related services. By creating an account, signing in to the panel or ordering a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in full.
1. Definitions
In these Terms: “RE:HOST”, “Company” and “we” mean LLC “Easyweb360” (ID No. 412767180); “Client” and “you” mean an individual or legal entity that opens an account or orders an RE:HOST service; “Service(s)” means hosting, VPS, Virtual Desktop, domain registration and any related add-on product offered by RE:HOST; “Content” means any data, file, software code or material that the Client places or uploads on a Service; “Panel” means the RE:HOST client dashboard (my.rehost.ge).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, using the panel or ordering any Service, you confirm that you agree to these Terms in full, as well as to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use RE:HOST’s Services.
3. Who Can Use the Service
Services may be used by a legally capable individual (aged 18 or over) or by a legal entity on whose behalf an acting representative agrees to these Terms. If you open an account on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you have the appropriate authority to do so.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials (including your password and two-factor authentication means) and for all actions taken on your account, regardless of who carried them out. You must provide accurate and complete information at registration and update it if it changes. In the event of suspected or unauthorized access, notify us immediately. RE:HOST may suspend or restrict an account that is used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity, or whose registration details are incorrect.
5. Description of Services
RE:HOST offers Cloud (cPanel) Hosting, WordPress Hosting, VPS (Root and Managed), Virtual Desktop, domain registration/transfer, WordPress care and maintenance (WP Care) plans and related add-on products, with the features and terms described on the respective product page at the time of order. The technical specifications of a Service (storage, bandwidth, CPU/RAM and other resources) correspond to the description of the package you purchased as of the time of order; RE:HOST reserves the right to improve its infrastructure and technical means over time, provided that the minimum specifications stated in the package are not degraded.
6. Orders & Pricing
Prices on the site are stated in GEL, and USD and EUR equivalents are shown for reference only, at the current exchange rate. The Company is not a value added tax (VAT) payer, so prices do not include VAT. By placing an order, you confirm the correctness of the selected package, billing period (monthly/annual/biennial) and price. RE:HOST reserves the right to change renewal prices for future periods with prior notice — a price change does not apply to a period that has already been paid for.
7. Payment, Invoices & Automatic Renewal
Invoices are generated when you place an order, renew, or purchase an additional service, and are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Payment is made through QuickPay.ge (bank card, online banking and other supported methods) or from your account balance. An overdue invoice may result in temporary suspension of the Service, notwithstanding any reminders we have sent. Recurring services renew automatically at the current price for the next period unless you cancel the Service or turn off automatic renewal in your panel before the renewal date. If an automatic card charge fails, the invoice remains unpaid and you will be notified that manual payment is required.
8. Refunds & Cancellation
Where a money-back guarantee is announced for a specific package, it applies under the conditions and time limits described on that package’s page. Beyond an announced guarantee, amounts paid are generally not refunded — this applies in particular to domain registration/renewal fees (because of the non-refundable fee paid to the registry), a service period already used, and add-on or one-time services (e.g. migration, installation). A Service may be cancelled at any time from your panel or by contacting support — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise agreed. This clause does not limit consumer rights expressly granted by law, including the rights provided under Georgia’s applicable legislation “On Consumer Rights Protection”, which may apply to a specific case.
9. Acceptable Use
When using the Services, the following is prohibited: sending spam or mass unsolicited messages; hosting malware (malicious software, ransomware), phishing pages or suspicious scripts; infringing copyright or other intellectual property rights; posting or distributing unlawful content; attacking other systems, networks or services (DDoS, port scanning, attempts at unauthorized access); disproportionate consumption of the server’s common resources in a way that harms the service of other clients; or any other violation of the law of Georgia or other applicable law. RE:HOST may, where necessary, even without prior warning (e.g. in case of an immediate security risk), suspend or delete Content or a Service that violates this policy. Abuse complaints can be sent through the contact form.
10. Data & Backups
On some hosting and VPS packages we make periodic backups at the infrastructure level — this is an additional convenience and does not replace your responsibility, as the owner of the Content, to keep your own independent backup. RE:HOST does not guarantee that a backup from any specific date will be available at any given moment, and is not liable for data loss caused by your actions, your Content, or a third party (e.g. a corrupted plugin).
11. Domain Registration
Domain registration/transfer is carried out in accordance with the rules and conditions of the relevant registrar (including the Georgian domain registry), which you also accept when purchasing a domain. You are responsible for the accuracy and updating of your WHOIS data; incorrect data may lead to suspension of the domain under registry rules. If a domain renewal fee is not paid, the domain may expire and become subject to the registry’s/registrar’s redemption period and any additional fee associated with it, or ultimately be released for re-registration. A domain can be transferred to another registrar from your panel if the domain meets the transfer requirements set by the registry.
12. Service Availability
RE:HOST strives to ensure high availability of the Services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance is carried out, where possible, with prior notice and minimal impact on the Service. A specific uptime commitment (SLA) and any associated compensation, if provided, apply only where expressly described on the page of the relevant package.
13. Suspension & Termination
RE:HOST may suspend or terminate a Service in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms (including the acceptable use rules), a security risk to other clients or to the infrastructure, or as required by law or by a state authority. Where practically possible, we will notify you in advance of the reason for the suspension and of the opportunity to remedy the problem. If a Service remains suspended and unpaid for longer than a reasonable period, RE:HOST may permanently terminate the Service and delete the associated data after reasonable prior notice. Cancelling an account or Service does not release you from the obligation to pay amounts already accrued and unpaid.
14. Third-Party Services
Part of our Services is built on third-party infrastructure and tools — including payment processing (QuickPay.ge), domain registries/registrars, authorization providers (Google, GitHub), backup and security tools, and application installers. The availability and functioning of these services are partly affected by the respective third party’s own terms and limitations, over which RE:HOST does not exercise direct control. Any third-party application, plugin or theme that you install on a Service yourself is your responsibility — its security, updates and compatibility are your responsibility.
15. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the Content you place on RE:HOST Services. For the purpose of delivering the Service (e.g. hosting, backup, caching), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process and transmit your Content solely to the extent necessary for the Service to function. The RE:HOST name, logo, trademarks, site and panel design, code and documentation remain the property of RE:HOST (or its licensors), and using, copying or reproducing them without our prior written consent is not permitted.
16. Partner Program
Participation in the RE:HOST partner (affiliate) program, and the settlement and payment of commission, are governed by separate, additional terms. In the event of a conflict, the separate terms of the partner program take precedence with respect to partner activity.
17. Privacy
The collection, processing and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without any express or implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This does not limit warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RE:HOST, its managers and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data) arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. RE:HOST’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to RE:HOST for the relevant Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the origin of the claim.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend RE:HOST against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your Content, the unlawful use of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.
21. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations if this is caused by circumstances beyond that party’s control — including natural disaster, war, a state of emergency, a change in legislation, a large-scale internet or power outage, or a large-scale failure of third-party infrastructure.
22. Notices
A notice sent by RE:HOST to your account’s email address or through panel notifications is deemed delivered from the moment it is sent. You may send official notices through the contact form or to the email address stated at the end of these Terms.
23. Changes to These Terms
RE:HOST may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. In the event of material changes we will, as far as possible, notify you by email or panel notification. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
24. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign the rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without RE:HOST’s prior written consent. RE:HOST may transfer these Terms in the course of a business reorganization, merger or transfer of assets.
25. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific terms stated on the relevant Service page, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of RE:HOST’s Services.
26. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Georgia. The parties will endeavor to resolve any dispute through negotiation; failing agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of Georgia, in Tbilisi, in accordance with the jurisdiction rules established by law.
